Stratford upon Avon Railway Station boasts an atmosphere and ambience of a bygone age with the Shakespeare Express steam train running from Birmingham to Stratford on Sundays during the summer months. THE STRATFORD TOWN WALK is a delightful way to explore the town in the company of a local professional guide - duration 1-2 hours.
If you enjoy a spot of adventure you can join the STRATFORD TOWN GHOST WALK which takes place on Thursday Evenings - a touch of "magic" accompanies the walk - not for the faint-hearted! City Tours Sightseeing Bus. The open top bus visits all the Shakespearean properties and you can hop on and off as you wish. A commentary accompanies the tour and there are numerous pick up points. A discounted inclusive ticket for entry into all the properties is also available.
