We have kept our prices as low as possible and we have many satisfied customers who commented on our comfortable rooms, please check the Reservation page to read our guest comments.

Check in is from 3pm and there is no limit to when our guests can check in as we provide self check in instructions.
We have on site free parking and guests can park in our car park even before the check in times, from 11am on the day of arrival.
Complimentary hospitality tray is provided in each room,consisting of kettle, coffee, teas, hot chocolate and cappuccino, biscuits.
All our rooms are ENSUITE
Three rooms are on the ground floor, accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
All our rooms are equipped with mini fridges.
Two of our rooms have a kitchenette.
We accept pets In one room, please ask at the time of the booking. There is a per charge payable, depending on the length of the stay.

Cancellation of booking
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions.
Should your travel arrangements change you should inform us as soon as practicable to allow us to re allocate the room(s).
We have relaxed our standard cancellation policy in light of the current situation with Coronavirus and any current payments you have made to us, in case you need to cancel last-minute, can be set against future bookings or a voucher to be used within 6 months of the original booking date.
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days prior of arrival date, the full payment is due and any current payments you have made can be set against a voucher or future bookings or made within 1 year of the original booking date, should this be agreed in advance between Penryn Guest House and the guest.
Penryn Guest House adopts dynamic prices and the prices of our rooms fluctuates based demand.

- Guided by current advise we are unable to help carry bags. There are 14 steps to the first and a further 13 steps to the second floor
- No full English breakfast served
- To minimise contact, housekeeping teams will not enter bedrooms during stay
- Guests must wear masks in public areas of the guesthouse i.e. communal corridors and stairs.
- For the moment, we are not accepting international guests. When legal guidance is provided, we will update our policies in line with them.
